Purpose: to serve as the TSA Board of Directors, to determine its current policy, to elect department managers and terminate their term of office, and to approve the association budget.
Composition: The committee is composed of all the faculties chairpersons, the chairman of the TSA and their deputy. The committee is chaired by the TSA chairman.

Purpose: To serve as the legislative body of the association, to elect the TSA chairman and their deputy, to appoint the Audit Committee, to decide on a strike and any other authority vested in it by law and by the Association's Regulations.
Composition: The council consists of all the semester representatives and has about 150 members. In relative votes, the weight of each representative's voice is the number of students in the semester he/she represents.

Purpose: To manage the Technion Student Association and to represent it to outside parties.
The presidency is composed of the TSA chairman and their deputy, who are elected to serve for a one year period by the Council of Representatives. They are responsible for the Association's actions in the Council of Representatives and the Executives Committee. Furthermore, they lead the boards of Effect, Michlol and the Technion Sports Unit, and they are members of the Technion Board of Directors.
In charge of the connection between the students and the Association, manages the communications and social media activity, and is the address for official inquiries of students and of people outside the Technion.
The TSA presidency offices house an entire team that works for the benefit of the students: a secretary, office manager, property manager, finance manager, bookkeeper and information desk workers who are permanent employees of the TSA.

Purpose: To promote and protect the students' academic rights. To address academic problems with the help of a team of faculty academic coordinators.
Structure: The committee is composed of the chairman and its deputy, the reserve duty coordinator, disciplinary hearing adviser and academic probation advisor. In addition, the committee has an academic coordinator in each of the faculties, who is professionally subordinate to the academic committee and functionally to the chairperson of the committee.

Purpose: To help students using a variety of courses, booklets, exercise classes in preparation for exams, and tutoring.
Services: The office offers preparation courses for the Technion, syllabuses parallel to existing courses, various enrichment courses and assisting courses in physics, chemistry and C language. The office produces and updates hundreds of booklets for students.

Purpose: To coordinate the student's welfare and the provision of various services inside and outside of campus.
Services: Provides print and photocopying services, vending machines, laundry services, and grocery stores through franchisees. Provides tax and financial advice and services. Handling of transportation inside and outside of campus.

Services: The department provides computer services, information systems and maintenance to the TSA departments. Unlike other departments, the technical department does not provide its service directly to students, but rather serves as an aid to the other departments.

Purpose: To monitor and inspect the activities of the association and ensure that its institutions are conducted in accordance with the laws of the state, the rules of association and the decisions of the Board of Deputies and the Executive Committee.
At the same time, the committee is also the Audit Committee of the ASA )Academic Sport Association) Technion, Michlol and Effect.
Composition: The committee consists of the chairman of the committee and two members who are elected once a year by the Association's Board of Deputies, which enables the committee not to be subordinate to the bodies it oversees.
A representative of the committee shall sit at any meeting of the Board of Deputies, a meeting of the Board of Directors, any tender held by the association, or at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the subsidiaries. The committee has the power to decide on the delay of any decision made by the association until it is approved at a higher level (on the board of directors or on the board of representatives).

Purpose: Provide sports services to students and promote the spirit of sports among them.
Purpose: The unit operates, in cooperation with the Technion, a variety of academic sport courses, teams and competitions. The unit is part of ASA (Academic Sports Association) and assists the Technion teams in participating in and hosting competitions in Israel and abroad.

Purpose: Providing advertising and sales promotion services on the Technion campus and at Ben-Gurion University.
Services: Effect is the economic company of the Association. Its goal is to generate income that will enable subsidizing services at a reduced cost to students. The company sells advertising and promotion areas at the Technion, the TSA website, the student magazine and more. "Factor", the student magazine, is under the responsibility of the company as well. The company provides event organizing services for the association and takes an important part in organizing the Student Festival every year.
The TSA-Store site under Effect is owned by the Student Association and offers deals at unbeatable prices for a variety of consumer products: computers, drinks, tickets for events, clothing and more.
