The course of studies in the clinical years
The integrative course is divided into 2: Integrative and Introduction to clinical medicine, each week consists of 4 days of study in the faculty and one day of the ICM in the hospital. The course lasts five months.
Integrative course
The integrative course is made up of 3 sections, and at the end of each part there will be a test on the material studied in that section. The students are required to pass each cluster individually, with a score of 65 and above, and in each cluster, the pathology section should also pass 65 or higher. Matavim B are intended for the disabled only, and the final grade is the determining grade. In the failure of pathology alone, Moed II is done for pathology only. The final passing of the integrative course is over 65 - each part of the course must be passed separately.
Introduction to clinical medicine (2 weeks)
Takes place in the internal Department immediately after the end of the integrative course.
Inernal rotation (10 weeks)
This is the first clinical course students experience, which forms the basis of medicine. The tour is very intense and saturated with content. During the course of the course, the student will practice taking an exam and physical examination, taking blood, participating in a round of doctors, watching and assisting in medical procedures and more. At the end of the course, the student will be tested for the contents of the course in two stages: (1) an oral test of a clinical case in which the student takes an exam and a physical exam, and (2) a day later a computer test.
Surgery (6 weeks) or pediatrics (8 weeks, 1 week of introduction + 7 weeks in the hospital)
After the internal rotation will split into two blocks - half a cycle will begin a round of surgery and half a cycle will start a round of children. Anyone who starts a children's tour will have a week of introductions before the start of the tour.
2 weeks elective (to the students that completed surgery)
After an internal rotation there are two weeks of electives. The teaching secretaries will infrom you in which hospital you will do the rotation.

Electives: The amount of electives depends on your group
In the last month: Trauma, child rehabilitation and medical director course. Each course includes a test.
Final exams: After two months of completion of the studies, an internal medicine exam (+ demo test + multi-station test), a month after that, a pediatrics final test (+ demo test + multi-station test) and a month later, a final exam in surgery (+ demo test + multi-station test).
